The PMI garage at 1220 E Street NW is available for Hotel guests at a discounted rate of $17 per day. It is a short walk of less than 2 blocks from the the garage to the Hotel. Parking includes unlimited in and out privileges and is valid until 4pm the day you check out. There is a height restriction of 6'. This is more than enough for all production mini-vans, as long as you don't have a luggage carrier strapped to the roof. For visitors with taller vehicles than this, the parking garage at Union Station (one mile away, but on the subway line) has a garage with nearly unlimited height capability.
For your convenience, we have a special Loading/Unloading zone directly in front of our lobby entrance on the 11th Street side of our hotel. You may use this spot for a few minutes at time of check-in and check-out in order to move your luggage from your car to your room and back again.
Closer, alternative parking is available in an independent garage located diagonally across the street from the hotel's entrance at the corner of 11th and E Streets, NW, but since this garage is not affiliated with our hotel, we have no control over the cost of parking (significantly higher than our rate), or the hours of operation. Currently the garage is open seven days per week, but not from 11PM to 5AM. In addition, "In & Out" privileges may not be included in the daily rate.
